Prague Rainbow Spring is an international sports tournament for LGBT athlets, their friends, colleagues and supporters. Also this time we expect more than 400 participants from many countries to compete in volleyball, swimming, beachvolleyball and badminton.

The Prague Rainbow Spring tournament dates back to 2000 when 24 volleyball teams from all over Europe gathered in Prague for the first time. Over the next ten years, teams from more than 60 European cities have followed.
Since 2006 the tournament has grown every year: in 2006 the first East European teams (our friends from Poland and Hungary) joined in; and from 2007 our Bulgarian friends have regularly attended the tournament.
In 2009 a second sports discipline – table tennis – was added. The upcoming 2010 tournament will see five sports: badminton, squash, swimming, table tennis and volleyball.
Over one decade the tournament has developed into the largest G&L sports event in Central and Eastern Europe!
