Mamaines opened in Hortaleza Street, number 22, back in December 1999. What it was formerly a place of hams, the best in Madrid in those days, with beautiful walls made with precious national marble, appreciated for their scarcity and colorful. That marble continues today in all its splendor and history, in every coffee table. Since our opening we have made constant renovations to remain one of the most emblematic cafés of Chueca.
